1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Softzentra software and associated cloud services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not access or use the software.

2. Software License

Each software license is granted for use on one (1) physical machine at a time. You may not distribute, lease, or resell license keys without written authorization.

• License keys bind to hardware machine IDs upon initial activation.
• Users can transfer licenses via the web dashboard's unbind utility subject to cooldown limits.

3. Content Ownership & Legal Responsibilities

You retain full ownership and sole liability for all media produced, translated, or rendered using Softzentra. We bear no liability for copyright claims, music strikes, or policy violations on third-party platforms.

4. Third-Party Integrations & AI APIs

Softzentra integrates neural speech and translation models. Transcription fidelity depends on source audio quality. We continuously optimize model pipelines for maximum precision.
